Rain accompanied by thundershowers likely

Rain or thundershowers accompanied by temporary gusty or squally wind and lighting flashes is likely to occur at a few places over Rajshahi, Dhaka, Mymensingh, Rangpur, Khulna, Barisal, Sylhet and Chittagong divisions with hails at isolated places over the country.

Day temperature may remain nearly unchanged and night temperature may fall slightly over the country, said a met office release in Dhaka on Friday.

Country's highest temperature on Thursday was recorded 35.6 degree celsius at Sitakunda and lowest temperature today was recorded 19 degree celsius at Rajarhat under Rangpur division.

Highest rainfall for the last twenty-four hours till 6 am on Friday was recorded 32 millimetres (mm) at Dhaka.

Sunset at the capital on Friday will be at 6:25 pm and sunrise on Saturday will be at 5:27 am, reports BSS.
