Seven die as bus slams into car in Gopalganj

At least seven people have died after a bus slammed into a car in Gopalganj.

The accident occurred on the Mawa-Khulna Road in the Miltonbazar area of Kashiani Upazila around 10:45 am, said SI Sirajul Islam of Kashiani Police Station, reports bdnews24.com.

The bus was headed from Dhaka to Khulna when the accident occurred, he said.

A motorcycle was also involved in the accident, SI Sirajul said.

It was not immediately clear what vehicles the victims were travelling on, he added.
