At least 20 people were injured in a road accident at Sadirpur in Dirai upazila on Friday morning.
A Sylhet-bound minibus plunged into a roadside ditch as its driver lost control over the steering around 11:30am, leaving 20 passengers injured, said UNB citing Mostafa Kamal, officer-in-charge of Dirai Police Station.
On information, police rushed to the spot and rescued the injured passengers.
Of the injured, 10 were sent to MAG Osmani Medical College Hospital in Sylhet in critical condition.
