Taskforce formed to bring back fugitive accused from abroad

The government on Tuesday formed a taskforce to bring Bangladeshi fugitive accused from abroad aiming to ensure their trial and punishment.

The 11-member taskforce, led by the Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Minister, will take necessary steps to bring the fugitive accused back from abroad, reports UNB. 

The government issued a notification in this regard on Tuesday.

Its tasks include the submission of a list of the fugitive accused, identifying the positions of the accused abroad, finding a way how to bring the accused back and fixing its process.
