Job Responsibilities:

Understand the Context of the business verticals that need to be catered to through the Dealer Network

Managing, training, reporting and providing overall guidance to the sales team of an assigned territory/area.

Attaining category and Strategic Business Unit wise monthly Collection and Sales target.

Monitoring the performance of the team and motivating members to meet or exceed organizational objectives.

Basic understanding of Distribution basics of ROI, Revenue Model, Cost structure etc.

Education Required:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in any discipline/ preferably BBA from any reputed university.
Experience Required:

5+ years of experience in relevant fields.

Previous Telecom or FMCG or MFS experience will be an added advantage.
Job Location:

Anywhere in Bangladesh (preferably at Barishal, Bhola, Patuakhali, Barguna, Jhalokathi).
