Name of the Position: Deputy Manager, Compensation and Benefits, Human Resource Division
Job Responsibilities:

Assist to develop, review and implement compensation strategy for the organisation

Assist to design and review organizational structure (Organogram) for different new and existing projects.

Provide necessary support to HR Partners to finalize workforce budget for existing and new projects.

Assist to review existing benefits arrangement policies through proper analysis of facts and cost impact.
