Requirements:
- Assistant Professor: A PhD degree in Philosophy, History, Politics, Sociology, Development Studies, Bangla, or any topic that draws on an interdisciplinary perspective (gender studies, environmental studies) from a Top 100 university.
- Lecturer: A Master’s degree in the above (ideally from a reputed university abroad)
