Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.

Orienting new employees and training existing employees.

Requirements:

BBA with majoring human resources/ BA in English Language and Linguistics.

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in human resources.

Fluency in English is a MUST. The candidate needs to have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.

Need to work in a hybrid position (On-site/off-site).

Need to work in the Canadian/EST time zone. BST 5:30PM to 3:00AM

Salary and Benefits:

Monthly remuneration 20k-30k BDT.
