Role: Assistant Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Support different teams within BBC Media Action and partners to ensure that all outputs meet the highest quality standards; comply with donor and other relevant policies and procedures.
• Monitor the BBC Media Action’s project activities and outputs across different donors and develop and maintain appropriate monitoring frameworks, providing early warning of any deliverables that are not on track or on time. 
• Prepare internal and donor-facing reports and other documents needed to meet the deliverable and reporting commitments of the projects.
• Support day-to-day financial management of project activities to ensure that the projects are meeting financial commitments and compliances.

Requirements: 

• Proven ability and confidence in partnership and stakeholder management
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to form and maintain effective working relationships at all levels.          
• Strong knowledge and understanding of different donor compliances.
