Vacancy Type: Senior Manager, Human Resources, Humanitarian Crisis Management Programme (Contractual)
Job Responsibilities:

Lead the Human Resource Division of Humanitarian Crisis Management Programme (HCMP) and Assist HCMP Management in formulation or amendment of HCMP Strategies, General Guidelines and Policies related to human resource management.

Act as a consultant, change agent and implementation advisor to support the people managers in translating the HCMP strategy into an executable people agenda.

Design and execute recruiting strategies for HCMP to improve the quality and diversity of hires by proactively addressing hiring needs, by attracting, evaluating and hiring qualified candidates.

In collaboration with people managers, ensure the visibility of high-potential internal candidates against key open roles, in consideration of talent review and succession planning activities.

Graduate in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:

Minimum 6 years’ of experience in relevant fields.
