Name of the Position: Assistant Manager, Food Operations

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and source partnership opportunities through client visits.
• Assist in negotiating and finalizing deals. 
• Assist in planning, developing, managing, and supporting marketing activities, campaigns, and strategies with partners.
• Develop and implement strategies that can contribute to the success of campaigns and also be willing to be active on the field to drive the success of the campaigns.
• Observe the marketing performance of partners and recommend improvement measures.
• Measure the success of campaigns, provide weekly, monthly and post-campaign reports as required, and forecast performance against internal KPIs.

Job Requirements (Education/ Skill):

• At least 5 years of experience in partnerships, sales, affiliate marketing, business development or any other relevant fields (With 2-3 years of experience in the Restaurant Business).
• A proactive mindset to learn about the client's business.
• Strong stakeholder management as well as interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Effective reporting skills.
• Do-Done attitude.
• Excellent analytical skills and possess an entrepreneurial attitude.

Additionally, the incumbent should have:

• Experience in Restaurant Onboard/Sales 
• Experience with SQL 
• Executional and operational ability; ability to multitask 
• Team management skills, including both coaching and enforcement

Location: Chattogram
