Job Responsibilities:

• Leading and managing the performance monitoring and evaluation technical work.

• Design and conduct evaluations, analyses, assessments, and studies to meet the Mission’s need for learning and evidence-based programmatic decision making.

• Lead the development of effective monitoring tools including adoption of technologies for monitoring performance at the project and activity levels.

• Conduct Data Quality Analyses in accordance with USAID ADS 201.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., international development, social sciences, public policy, etc.).

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in monitoring, evaluation, and learning with a focus on performance monitoring, evaluations and assessments.
