Md. Mamunur Rashid Molla has recently joined CVC Finance Limited as Managing Director and CEO.
Prior to his new assignment, he was Deputy Managing Director of South Bangla Agriculture & Commerce (SBAC) Bank Limited, according to a press release.
He also served as Managing Director and CEO of a proposed bank.
Mr Molla has more than three decades of banking experience in different banks.
He started his professional career at the Prime Bank Limited as a founding member. He also worked at The Premier Bank Limited, Mutual Trust Bank Limited (MTBL) and National Bank Limited (NBL) as Branch Manager, Regional Head and Divisional Head.
He worked as Head of International Division (ID) and Credit Risk Management Division (CRM) in different banks.
Mr Molla obtained his Master’s Degree in “International Trade and Business” from the University of Dhaka, and MBA in Finance & Banking from UITS.
He also obtained certificate of Advance Certificate of Business Administration (ACBA) from IBA, DU. He has attended numerous professional training, workshops and seminars at home and abroad.
Mr. Molla is blessed with two sons and a daughter.
