The fourth annual GolfHouse Corporate Cup Golf Tournament 2025 began on Friday at Kurmitola Golf Club (KGC) in Dhaka.
Lieutenant General Mohammad Shaheenul Haque, commandant, National Defence College and also vice president of Kurmitola Golf Club, along with A M M Nazrul Hosen, founder and editor of The GolfHouse, inaugurated the tournament this morning.
A total of 716 players, including a few foreign members of Kurmitola Golf Club and golfers from other golf clubs across the country, are participating in the three-day-long tournament, says a media release.
Executive committee members and high officials of Kurmitola Golf Club and The GolfHouse, including the co-sponsors, were also present at the inaugural ceremony.
Admiral M Nazmul Hassan, OSP, NPP, ndc, ncc, psc, Chief of Naval Staff, Bangladesh Navy, will grace the Prize Distribution Ceremony as the chief guest at 8:00 pm on 28 November, at the Kurmitola Golf Club, where prizes will be distributed amongst the winners of the tournament.
