Jaker, Shoriful star as Bangladesh overcome late fright to seal T20 series against Pakistan

Allrounder Jaker Ali has produced a sparkling innings while pacer Shoriful Islam tightened the screws at the death, as Bangladesh carved out a tense eight-run victory over Pakistan to secure the T20 series with a match to spare.

After being asked to bat first, the Tigers posted a modest total of 133, riding on Jaker’s 55 and a solid 33 by Mahedi Hasan at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium on Tuesday, bdnews24.com reports.
