Bangladesh cricket team’s former skipper Tamim Iqbal wants to reveal something regarding the events of the past few days apparently over the selection of Bangladesh’s squad for the ICC World Cup.
In a Facebook post on Wednesday, the opener said he would say something through a video message about the events of the past few days after the departure of the Bangladesh national team for India on Wednesday afternoon.
He also said the media published a lot of stories in the past few days.
“I think, Bangladesh cricket team supporters, my fans have the right to know everything clearly,” Tamim wrote.
On Tuesday, the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) announced the ICC World Cup squad of Bangladesh, excluding Tamim Iqbal. The team will depart for India to take part in the tournament on Wednesday afternoon.
