Tanzim Hasan Sakib seeks apology for misogynistic remarks: Jalal Yunus

Bangladesh Cricket Board's (BCB) cricket operations committee chairman Jalal Yunus on Tuesday said pacer Tanzim Hasan Sakib has sought apology amid criticism over ‘misogynistic’ posts on his social media account.

Local news portals said BCB’s cricket operations committee and media committee communicated with Tanzim Hasan Sakib following criticism over Facebook posts, including some posts that apparently got against working women.

Jalal Yunus told media that they have alerted Tanzim Hasan Sakib over the matter and he will be kept under BCB’s observation.
