Premier League club Everton have agreed to sign Club World Cup winner Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall from Chelsea.

The two clubs are in agreement for a deal worth around £28 million ($37.2 million) with the initial payment being £24 million with a further £3-4 million due in add-ons, BBC Sport reports.

Although the 26-year-old had been reluctant to leave the Blues after spending just one season, the London outfit were open to selling the midfielder as the club are trying to offload squad players after spending approximately £240 million on new recruits this summer.

After securing Dutch defender Jorrel Hato from Ajax on Sunday, Chelsea are working on several outgoing transfers this week.

Burnley have reached an agreement to sign 21-year-old French midfielder Lesley Ugochukwu and are also in advanced discussions to land 23-year-old Albanian striker Armando Broja.

Meanwhile, Borussia Dortmund have resumed talks over a potential move for midfielder Carney Chukwuemeka as Chelsea continue efforts to streamline their squad.
