Leading a side in T20 cricket can be tricky. A T20 captain has to take gambles, be proactive as they have less room for error as the momentum can shift faster than light because of a decision.
The T20 World Cup 2021 has some quality captains in terms of such traits, leadership and strategy.
A captain's results, win percentage, batting or bowling average while captaining the side etc. can be some good parameters to determine the quality of captaincy and leadership.
Among the captains of the T20 World Cup 2021, Virat Kohli's win percentage is the highest (64.44 per cent). Having captained India in 45 matches, Kohli has scored 1,502 T20I runs at an average of 48.45.

Batting at the lower middle order, he averages 25.50 as a captain. Mahmudullah has averaged 60.00 in the recent T20 series against New Zealand in Bangladesh and has been the highest run-scorer for his side.
The skipper has to be in such form if Bangladesh wants to have a decent run in the T20 World Cup 2021.
