Modhumoti Bank sponsors Tigers for two upcoming series

Modhumoti Bank Limited has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Mattra regarding participation as title sponsor of the upcoming Bangladesh vs England Cricket Series and Bangladesh vs Ireland Cricket Series 2023. 

Modhumoti Bank and Advertising agency Mattra signed the MoU at the bank’s head office in Dhaka recently.

Md. Shafiul Azam, managing director and CEO of Modhumoti Bank Limited, and Sanaul Arefeen signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organisations, says a media release.

Afzal Hossain, managing partner of Mattra, Shahnawaj Chowdhury, deputy managing director & chief operating officer, Arab Fazlur Rahman, deputy managing director & chief risk officer, Kamrul Hasan Khan, deputy managing director & chief business officer of Modhumoti Bank  Limited, Khondoker Alamgir, chief operating officer, Mattra, Dewan Shafiul Arefin Tutul, renowned former national football player, Md. Mazharul Islam, senior manager, monitoring &  evaluation, Mattra, along with high officials of both organisations were also present.

Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) has awarded the ‘Title Sponsorship and Ground Branding Rights’ of the home series Bangladesh National Cricket Team (Men) to ‘Mattra’ from 2021 to 2023.

According to the agreement, Modhumoti Bank Limited will participate as the title sponsor of upcoming Bangladesh vs England Cricket Series, and Bangladesh vs Ireland Cricket Series 2023.

The Tigers will play three ODI matches and three T20 matches with England in the first series and they will play three ODI matches, three T20 matches, and a Test match against Ireland.
