Rafiqul Islam Tipu, an organiser, passed away at a city hospital on Tuesday afternoon, reports BSS.
He was 69. He left behind his wife, a daughter and a host of relatives and well-wishers to mourn his death.

Tipu was currently an executive member of Bangladesh Archery Federation. Apart from serving the archery and table tennis federations, he was associated as a member of different committees in different national and international events for the last four decades.
