Aman Feed recommends 12.0pc dividend

The board of directors of Aman Feed Limited has recommended 12.50 per cent cash dividend for general shareholders (excluding sponsors & directors) for the year ended on June 30, 2019, said an official disclosure on Tuesday.

The final approval of dividend will come during the Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled to be held on December 19, 2019 in Dhaka.

The record date is November 20, 2019.

The company has also reported EPS of Tk 3.75, NAV per share of Tk 32.54 and NOCFPS of Tk 4.94 for the year ended on June 30, 2019 as against Tk 4.21, Tk. 33.68 and Tk (10.87) respectively for the same period of the previous year.

In 2018, the company disbursed 20 per cent cash and 10 per cent stock dividend.

There will be no price limit on the trading of the shares of the company today following its corporate declaration.

Each share of the company, which was listed on the Dhaka bourse in 2015, closed at Tk 33.20 on Monday at Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE).

The company’s paid-up capital is Tk 1.27 billion and authorised capital is Tk 1.50 billion while total number of securities is 127.77 million.

The sponsor-directors own 63.26 cent stake in the company, the institutional investors own 12.48 per cent, foreign 0.01 per cent and the general public 24.25 per cent as on September 30, 2019, the DSE data shows.
