Bay Leasing approves 15pc dividend

Bay Leasing & Investment Limited has approved 10 per cent cash and 5 per cent stock dividend for the year ended December 31, 2017, according to a statement.

The announcement came at the company's 22nd annual general meeting (AGM) in the capital recently.

Dr Maswooda Ghani, Chairperson of the company, presided over the AGM. Iftekhar Ali Khan, Managing Director, delivered his speech on the operations of the company. Directors, sponsors and a large number of shareholders were present at the meeting.
