The board of directors of Daffodil Computers Limited has declared 12 per cent cash dividend for the year 2017-2018.
The approval of the dividend came during the 21st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company held today (Monday) at Auditorium-71 in city’s Mirpur Road area.
Shahana Khan, chairman of the company presided over the meeting while Md Sabur Khan, managing director of the company placed the agenda, according to a press statement.
Annual audited accounts, director’s report, and 12 per cent cash dividend were approved by the shareholders unanimously.
Other directors, company secretary and shareholders were also present in the meeting.
