GSK holds AGM, approves 550pc dividend

The GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) Bangladesh Limited has organised its 45^th Annual General Meeting (AGM) at the Hotel Radisson Blu Chittagong.

The board also approved the declaration of final cash dividend of 550 per cent at the meeting held on Thursday, says a media release.

They also approved the directors’ report, auditor’s report, and the audited accounts for the year ended 31 December, 2017.   

David Pritchard, chairman of the GSK, presided over the meeting while Ms. Erum Shakir Rahim, managing director of the GSK, was present.

Directors- Ms Zinnia Tanzina Huq, Masud Khan, Kazi Sanaul Hoq, Mohsin Uddin Ahmed, Prashant Pandey, Rajib Barua, and the company secretary SOM Rashedul Quayum, along with a number of shareholders, also joined at the AGM.
