The board of directors of Indo-Bangla Pharmaceuticals has recommended 0.10 per cent cash dividend for the year 2024 ended on June 30.
The final approval of the dividend will come during the Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled to be held at 11:00 am on December 26, 2024 through a digital platform, said an official disclosure on Wednesday.
The record date for entitlement of dividend is December 3 this year.
The company has also reported consolidated earnings per share (EPS) of Tk (0.35), consolidated net asset value (NAV) per share of Tk 13.60 and consolidated net operating cash flow per share (NOCFPS) of Tk 0.29 for the year ended on June 30, 2024 as against Tk 0.07, Tk 13.96, and Tk 0.79 respectively for the same period of the previous year.
