ITC declares 10pc stock (bonus) dividend

The Shareholders of the Information Technology Consultants Limited (ITC) have declared 10 per cent stock (bonus) dividend for the year 2017-18.

The approval came at the 18th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company held on Thursday at the Raowa Convention Hall in Mohakhali in the capital, said a media release received today (Saturday).

Lim Kiah Meng, Chairman of the company presided over the meeting.

Salahuddin Alamgir, Vice Chairman, Dr Kazi Saifuddin Munir, Managing Director & CEO, Md Waliuzzaman FCA, Independent Director, Md Haqueful Shaikh, Independent Director, Other Directors, Shyamal Kanti Karmakar, CFO and Anindya Sarkar ACS, Company Secretary were also present in the meeting.
