The board of directors of JMI Syringes & Medical Devices Limited has recommended 10 per cent cash dividend for the year ended on June 30, 2024, said an official disclosure on Tuesday.
The final approval of dividend will come during the Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled to be held on December 23 at 11:30 am through a digital platform.
The record date for entitlement of dividend is on November 18, 2024.
The company has also reported earnings per share (EPS) of Tk 1.29, net asset value per share (NAV) per share of Tk 86.66 and net operating cash flow per share (NOCFPS) of Tk 4.06 for the year ended on June 30, 2024 as against Tk (4.99), Tk 86.37 and Tk 2.19 respectively for the same period of the previous year.
The board of JMI Syringes recommended a 10 per cent cash dividend in 2023.
There will be no price limit on the trading of the shares of the Company today (Tuesday) following its corporate declaration.
Each share of the company, which was listed with the Dhaka bourse in 2013, closed at Tk 109.1 on Monday at Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE).
