Marico Bangladesh has declared a 500 per cent interim cash dividend based on audited financial statements for the six-month period ended September 30 this year.
The company’s earnings per share (EPS) stood at Tk 110.52 for April to September this year, from Tk 101.31 in the same period of the previous year, according to its audited financial statements published on Tuesday.
Its net operating cash flow per share (NOCFPS) was Tk. 110.68 for April-September 2025 as against Tk. 26.36 for April-September 2024.
The net asset value (NAV) per share was Tk 94.65 as on September 30, 2025 and Tk. 239.13 as on March 31, 2025.
The India-based consumer goods multinational company, whose financial year runs from April to March, has also paid a 600 per cent interim cash dividend for the three months to June this year.
Marico’s annual profit also jumped 28 per cent year-on-year to Tk 5.91 billion for the year ended March 2025, driven by higher sales.
Moreover, the company paid a total 3840 per cent cash dividend for the year ended March 2025, the highest-ever annual cash dividend for Marico since its stock market listing in 2009 and the second-highest annual dividend for any company listed with the country’s capital market history.
