Shamim Ahmed has been reelected the president of Bangladesh Plastic Goods Manufacturers and Exporters Association (BPGMEA) for the session 2023-2024.
Besides, K. M. Iqbal Hossain has been elected the senior vice president and Quazi Anwarul Haque and Md Enamul Haque have been elected vice presidents.
The results of the election were announced on Monday, said a press release.
BPGMEA election board chairman Abdur Razzaque made the announcement at the BPGMEA office in the city.
On September 2, seven new directors were elected to the vacant posts of the board of directors of the association, the press release added.
