Chittagong Stock Exchange Ltd (CSE) and Bangladesh Institute of Capital Market (BICM) jointly organised training programmes on Financial Statement Analysis on Friday and on Technical Analysis on Saturday at the CSE conference hall in the city.
Capital market intermediaries and investors joined the training to enhance their knowledge and skills development, said a statement issued by the CSE on Monday.
Both the programmes were inaugurated by CSE Managing Director M Shaifur Rahman Mazumdar FCA, FCMA.
The first session of training on Financial Statement Analysis was conducted by Professor Habibullah, Associate Professor at BICM, and the second session was conducted by Professor Nitai Chandra Devnath, Associate Professor at BICM.
The training on Technical Analysis was conducted by Ashakur Rahman, CMT (Certified Market Technician).
At the end of both the programmes, certificates were handed over to the trainees by Arif Ahmad, AGM and Head of Training and Development and Sifullah Khaled, Assistant Professor at BICM.
