FAS Finance & Investment Limited has recently organised its 21st Annual General Meeting (AGM) at RAOWA Convention Hall, located in Mohakhali area of the capital.
The board of directors in the meeting approved 10 per cent stock dividend for the year ended on 31 December 2017, said a media release on Thursday.
The Chairman of the company Md Siddiqur Rahman presided over the meeting held on Wednesday.
Md Zahangir Alam, Vice Chairman of FAS Finance, Pritish Kumar Sarker, Managing Director and CEO and Zahid Mahmud, Company Secretary was present among others in the AGM.
