The 23rd Annual General Meeting of GSP Finance Company (Bangladesh) Limited was held recently at the Institution of Diploma Engineers, Bangladesh, IDEB Bhaban in city.
The shareholders approved 23.50pc stock dividend for the year ended December 31, 2017 in the AGM.
The Meeting was presided over by Mr. Saber Hossain Chowdhury, Vice-Chairman of the Company and was attended by the Directors, shareholders and other senior officials of the Company.
The shareholders spoke on the statement of the Accounts for the year 2017 and thanked the Board of Directors and the Management of the Company for the success and continued growth of the Company, said a statement.
