The 33rd Annual General Meeting of H R Textile Mills Limited was held at Spectra Convention Centre Limited in the city on Monday, said a press release.
The company declared 10 per cent cash dividend for the year ended June 30, 2016, which has been approved in the 33rd AGM.
Chairman of the company Professor Dr. Muhammad Abdul Moyeen presided over the AGM.
Managing Director Mohammad Abdul Moyeed, director's Professor Mohammad Abdul Momen, Sumbal Azwad Momen, independent director's Professor Mushtaque Ahmed and Mohammad Kabiruzzaman and Chief Financial Officer Abu Amar Naheel of H. R. Textile Mills Limited were also present.
