The Board of ICB has recommended 30 per cent cash dividend and 5.0 per cent stock dividend for the year ended on June 30, 2018.
The recommendation came at the 547th meeting of Board of Directors of Investment Corporation of Bangladesh (ICB) held on Tuesday, said a statement.
The record date has been fixed on 14 November, 2018 and the 42nd Annual General Meeting of the company will be held on 08 December, 2018 at 10.30 am at Hotel Purbani International in the city.
The meeting also approved the Financial Statements of the Corporation for the Year 2017-18 which showed ICB earned Tk 3.77 billion as net profit after tax for the year ended 30 June 2018.
