IPL’s AGM held

The 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the International Publications Ltd (IPL), the owning company of The Financial Express (FE), was held on Saturday afternoon in the IPL board room with Mr Mahbubur Rahman, Chairman of the Board of Directors of IPL, in the chair.

At the very outset of the meeting, Mr Mahbubur Rahman presented the Directors’ Report before the shareholders of IPL for the year, ending on June 30, 2023.

After discussing certain issues, the meeting approved the Directors’ Report and the Auditor’s Report unanimously.
