Nitol Insurance Company Limited (NICL) has recently organised its 19th Annual General Meeting at Spectra Convention Centre, located at Gulshan-1 area in the capital.
The board of directors in the meeting approved 14 per cent stock dividend for the year ended on 31 December 2017, said a media release on Wednesday.
A K M Monirul Hoque, Chairman and Founder Chairman of the Company, also the Vice President of Bangladesh Insurance Association (BIA) presided over the meeting held on Tuesday.
Vice Chairman of the company Md Anowar Husain, Md. Anowar Husain, FCMA, Chandra Shekhar Das, FCA (Representative – Pragati Life Insurance Ltd) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of NICL S M Mahbubul Karim attended the function along with other guests.
A considerable number of shareholders were also present in the meeting.
