Paramount Insurance approves 5pc dividend

The board of directors of Paramount Insurance Company Limited has approved 5.0 per cent stock dividend for the year ended on December 31, 2018.

The final approval of dividend came during the 20^th annual general meetings (AGM) held on Monday at Spectra Convention Centre in Dhaka, according to a press statement.

The meeting was presided over by the Vice-Chairman of the company.

Huge number of Shareholders, Directors, Sponsors and Executives were present at the meeting.
