Dhaka bourse started the week’s first session with a declining mood as most of its listed securities went red.
From the beginning of the session, the broad index DSEX started to decline and continued the trend for more than one hour.
After one hour of the session, the DSEX lost 10.96 points to close at 6291.87 points. Later, the DSEX lost 5.0 more points till 12:00pm.
The DSE Shariah Index DSES and blue chip index DS30 also declined marginally.
Of total issued are being traded, 118 advanced, 142 declined, and 49 were unchanged.
The turnover stood at above Tk 1.48 billion after one and half an hour of the session.
IFAD Autos was on top of the turnover chart followed by United Power Generation and Distribution Company, Western Marine Shipyard, and National Tubes.
