11th meeting of newly formed Audit Committee of Union Bank

The 11th meeting of the newly formed Audit Committee of the Union Bank was held at the bank’s Head Office, Gulshan-1, Dhaka on 23 June, 2025.

Chairman of the Audit Committee Mr. Sheikh Zahidul Islam, FCA presided over the meeting, according to a press release.

Member of the Audit Committee and Independent Director Mr Mohammad Saiful Alam and Managing Director and CEO of the bank Mr Mohd Humayun Kabir were present in the meeting.

Deputy Managing Directors Mr Shafiuddin Ahmed and Mr Mohammad Iqbal attended the meeting on the occasion.

The EVP & CFO of the bank Mr. Md. Ali Reza, FCMA, CIPA was also present.

In the meeting the audit report of various branches of the bankand related issues were reviewed.
