The 15th annual general meeting of Agrani Equity and Investment Limited, a subsidiary of Agrani Bank PLC, was held on 23 April 2025 on virtual platform.
The audited financial statements of 2024 were approved in this meeting. The meeting chaired by Mr. Md. Anwarul Islam, Chairman of the board of directors of Agrani Equity & Investment Limited and Chief Executive Officer of Agrani Bank PLC, according to a press release.
Mr. Kabirul Ezdani Khan, Director of Agrani Bank PLC, was present as a representative of the holding company. Mr. Md. Abul Bashar, Deputy Managing Director of Agrani Bank PLC., Mr. Mohammad Atul Mondal, Deputy Secretary, Financial Institutions Division, Ministry of Finance and Mr. Muhammed Didarul Islam, FCA, Chief Financial Officer of Agrani Bank PLC were present as director of Agrani Equity & Investment Limited.
Ms Arundhati Mondal, CEO of Agrani Equity & Investment Limited presented the audited financial statements of 2024 along with the overall business activities of this company.
Mr. Md Saifullah Siddique, DCEO and Mr. Md Tariqul Islam, Company Secretary, were also present at the meeting.
