175th board meeting of Nitol Insurance Company held

The 175th Board of Directors Meeting of Nitol Insurance Company Limited was held on July 30, 2024, through Virtual Platform.

Mr A KM Monirul Hoque, Chairman of the company and Vice President of the Bangladesh Insurance Association (BIA) presided over the meeting, according to a press release. 

He highlighted the company’s success and future planning.

The Members of the Board of Directors also approved 2nd Quarter unaudited Financial statements for the period from January 2024 to June 2024.

Vice Chairman Mr Zobair Humayun Khandaker, Director Mrs Naeema Hoque, Director Mahmudul Hoque Shamim, Director Mrs NazmeAra Husain, Director Mr Md Murad Hossain, Independent Directors Md Mamunur Rashid FCMA and Mr Shoharab Ali Khan FCMA, the Chief Executive Officer S M Mahbubul Karim, Chief Financial Officer, Head of Internal Audit and Company Secretary were also present in the meeting.
