The 25th Annual General Meeting of Crystal Insurance PLC was held at Hybrid Platform on Sunday, 23rd of March, 2025, at 11:30 am at Holiday Inn Dhaka City Center, 23, Shahid Tajuddin Ahmed Sharani, Tejgaon, Dhaka -1208.
The meeting was presided over by Mr. Abdullah Al-Mahmud (Mahin), Chairman of the company, according to a media release.
Among others, the directors, shareholders and the Chief Executive Officer were present in the meeting.
Besides, the representatives of the Statutory Auditor, Compliance Auditor, BSEC, DSC, CSE, Independent Scrutinizer, the Company Secretary, Chief Financial Officer and Head of Internal Audit & Compliance of the company attended the meeting.
The meeting reviewed the business performance of the company for the year 2024 and expressed satisfaction.
Then approved the Audited Financial Statement & Directors’ Report of the company for the year 2024.
In the meeting, a 12 per cent cash dividend for the year 2024 was approved.
The appointments of the external auditor and compliance auditor for the year 2025 were also approved.
The chairman thanked all the executives, officers and members of the staff of the company for their sincere & devoted services, for which the company could achieve this height of success, and advised them to carry forward their experiences for further success day by day, the release adds.
