267th Board Audit Committee meeting of Shahjalal Islami Bank held

The 267^th meeting of the Board Audit Committee of Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC was held recently at its corporate head office.

The meeting was presided over by Mr. Ekramul Hoque, independent director of the bank and member of the committee, according to a media release. 

Among others, the directors of the bank & members of the committee Mr. Abdul Halim, Mr. Khandaker Sakib Ahmed and the independent director of the bank Mr. Md. Reazul Karim participated in the meeting.

The Managing Director Mr. Mosleh Uddin Ahmed and the Company Secretary of the bank Mr. Md. Abul Bashar were also present in the meeting.
