26th Annual General Meeting of Exim Bank held

Exim Bank's 26th Annual General Meeting (AGM) was held today (Thursday, 28 August, 2025) through the virtual platform from the head office of the bank.

Chairman of the Board of Directors of the bank Md. Nazrul Islam Swapan presided over the meeting, according to a media release. 

The meeting approves financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2024, along with the audited balance sheet, profit and loss accounts.

Members of the Board of Directors of the bank Md. Nurul Amin Faruk, Anjan Kumar Saha, Independent Director Khandaker Mamun FCA, Managing Director (Current Charge) Abdul Aziz (Zumma), Deputy Managing Director Md. Zoshim Uddin Bhuiyan, Maksuda Khanam, Md. Moidul Islam and Company Secretary Md. Monirul Islam were present in the meeting.
