361st board meeting of Shahjalal Islami Bank held

The 361st meeting of the Board of Directors of Shahjalal Islami Bank Limited (SJIBL) held at corporate head office of the bank on Wednesday.

The meeting was presided over by the Chairman of the Board of Directors Mohammed Younus. The board approved a number of investment proposal, says a press release.

Among others the Vice-Chairmen of the board Mohiuddin Ahmed and Abdul Karim (Nazim), the Directors of bank Dr Anwer Hossain Khan, MP, Md Sanaullah Shahid, Md Abdul Barek, Akkas Uddin Mollah, KhandakerShakib Ahmed, A K Azad, Mohammed Nasir Uddin Khan, Fakir Akhtaruzzaman, Tahera Faruque, Jabun Nahar, Fakir Mashrikuzzaman, Independent Directors Ekramul Haque, K A M Majedur Rahman and Nasir Uddin Ahmed joined the meeting on a digital platform.

Managing Director & CEO of the bank Mosleh Uddin Ahmed and the Company Secretary of the bank Md Abul Bashar were also present in the meeting.
