382nd Board Meeting of Shahjalal Islami Bank held

The 382nd meeting of the Board of Directors of Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC was held on July 24, 2024, at the Corporate Head Office of the bank.

The meeting was presided over by the Chairman Mr A K Azad, according to a media release. 

The Board approved a number of investment proposals.

Among others, the Vice-Chairmen of the Board Mr Mohammed Younus and Mr Mohiuddin Ahmed, the Directors Dr Anwer Hossain Khan, MP; Mr Md Sanaullah Shahid, Mr Abdul Karim (participated in this meeting through digital platform), Mr Md Abdul Barek, Mr Abdul Halim, Mr Akkas Uddin Mollah, Mr Khandaker Shakib Ahmed, Mr Fakir Akhtaruzzaman, Mr Md Moshiur Rahman Chamak, Mrs Tahera Faruque (participated in this meeting through digital platform), Mr Fakir Mashrikuzzaman, Independent Directors Mr. Ekramul Haque, Mr K A M Majedur Rahman and Mr Nasir Uddin Ahmed (participated in this meeting through digital platform) were present in the meeting.  

Besides, the Managing Director Mr Mosleh Uddin Ahmed and the Company Secretary of the bank Mr Md Abul Bashar were also present at the meeting.
