3rd meeting of newly formed Audit Committee of Union Bank held

The 3^rd meeting of the newly formed Audit Committee of Union Bank PLC was held at the bank’s Head Office, Gulshan-1, Dhaka on 7 November 2024.

Chairman of the Audit Committee of Union Bank PLC Mr. Sheikh Zahidul Islam, FCA, presided over the meeting, according to a media release.

Members of the Audit Committee Mr. Mohammad Saiful Alam and Managing Director (C.C) of the bank Mr. Shafiuddin Ahmed were present in the meeting.

In the meeting, the quarterly accounts of the bank, audit report of Bangladesh Bank and audit report of various branches were discussed.
