400th board meeting of Shahjalal Islami Bank held

The 400th meeting of the Board of Directors of Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC was held on Wednesday at Corporate Head Office of the bank.

According to a press release, the meeting was presided over by the Chairman Mr. A. K. Azad. The 400th meeting of the Board of Directors celebrated with cutting a cake. The Board approved a number of investment proposal.

Among others the Vice-Chairmen of the Board Mr. Mohammed Younus & Mr. Mohiuddin Ahmed, the Directors Mr. Akkas Uddin Mollah, Mr. KhandakerShakib Ahmed, Engineer Md. Towhidur Rahman, Mr. Md. Moshiur Rahman Chamak, Mrs. Tahera Faruque, Mr. Fakir Mashrikuzzaman, Mr. Fakir Maniruzzaman, Independent Directors Mr. Nasir Uddin Ahmed & Mr. Md. Reazul Karim were present in the meeting. Besides, the Managing Director Mr. Mosleh Uddin Ahmed and the Company Secretary of the Bank Mr. Md. Abul Bashar were also present in the meeting.
