403rd board meeting of Shahjalal Islami Bank held

The 403rd meeting of the Board of Directors of Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC was held recently at the Corporate Head Office of the Bank.

The meeting was presided over by the Chairman A. K. Azad. The Board approved a number of investment proposals, according to a press release.

Among others, the Vice-Chairmen of the Board, Mohammed Younus & Mohiuddin Ahmed, the Directors, Md. Sanaullah Shahid, Abdul Barek, Akkas Uddin Mollah, Khandaker Shakib Ahmed, Engineer Md. Towhidur Rahman, Fakir Akhtaruzzaman, Md. Moshiur Rahman Chamak, Fakir Mashrikuzzaman, Fakir Maniruzzaman, Abdul Hakim, Independent Directors Nasir Uddin Ahmed & Md. Reazul Karim were present in the meeting.

Besides, the Managing Director, Mosleh Uddin Ahmed and the Company Secretary of the Bank Md. Abul Bashar were also present in the meeting.
